Why has my Bluetooth Driver has disappeared from my laptop

Bluetooth has worked since i got my inspirion 5 years ago and all of a sudden my laptop is no longer bluetooth capable and not only can i not find it in my device manager but i cant even find it in my legacy hardware. What the heck happened? I need my bluetooth for my work at home job.

  2. Did you asked about this problem in your laptop support site? With no information you provided, you can't get any help here.
