Why my netvork adapter (centrino advanced n 6235) is so slow and unstable

My laptop use to reach my wifi just fine than some update came. We have 60mbps download speed and 20mbps. upload it works in my room on mobile ipad and other laptops but not on this one i need help because i have full siginal on this centrino advanced n 6235 but i have only 4mpbs. down and 2up so i realy need help.
