Specs:
- HP Pavilion 15.6 Laptop PC 15-eh 1000 (2H5A7AV)
- Win10
- Linksys MX10 Velop AX 5300 Mesh WiFi 6, WiFi mode set to Mixed, Security mode set to WPA2 personal
- AX200 160Mhz driver version: 22.90.0.5 installed using Intel driver & support assistant
Issue:
Connected to router but windows WiFi properties showed it is using WiFi 5 (802.11ac) protocol.

I installed latest Bluetooth driver using Intel driver & support assistant. Surprisingly it fixed the issue.
Updating AX200 driver only did not fix the issue. Both AX200 and Bluetooth drivers must be updated to latest version

- Can you explain the problem with the system in more detail?
- Do you get any Bluetooth issues
- When did it start to happen?
- Do you remember if this issue happened after a new OS update or Wireless driver update?
- Which BIOS version do you use?
- Is this issue happening at home, office environment or both?
- Is this a new computer? If so, have check with your system's OEM for validated drivers or support on known issues related to the symptoms experienced?
- What Windows build are you using?
- Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
- Have you checked if this issue happens on different networks?
- What steps do you take to reproduce your issue?
- Were you able to have you wireless connection in a normal/expected performance before?
- Have you installed any recent software or hardware in your system?
- Have tried a roll back to a previous driver version for testing?
- Which driver versions did you test?
- Have you rebooted your access-point, router, modem?
