Hello.
I have 2 notebooks. On the first one (with Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6205) wifi connection is fast and stable. On the second one (Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz) the connection speed oscillates madly (dropping eg from 1.2 GBs to 29 Mbs), or wi-fi drops (disconnects) completely.
I have checked many suggestions (changes in advanced adapter setting, different drivers, etc.) from various posts/forums with no success.
Please, help!

Karlloss, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
We are sorry to hear about this issue and we will be more than glad to assist you with this matter.
In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this scenario, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:
Is this a new computer?
Was it working fine before without showing the connection drops you are describing?
If yes, when did the issue start?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?
The wireless card, did you purchase it separately or did it come installed on the computer?
Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?
Any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Albert R.

Hello Alberto.
Thank you very much for reaction; luckily, the issue was solved (technical support from my internet provider) in the meantime (from unknown reasons, the "problematic" notebook with Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz had some problems with 5 GHz network but works fine with 2.4 GHz network)...
With best regards,
Karlloss

Hello Karlloss, You are very welcome. Thank you very much for providing that information.
Perfect, it is great to hear that the problem was solved by your Internet service provider and now the computer is working properly.
In order to further assist you, just to make sure, the computer that now has the problem of not working properly in the 5 GHz network, is that the same one shown in the SSU report that you provided previously, or is it a different computer?
If it is a different computer, please attach the SSU report of that computer so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

Once you get the chance please let us know so we can continue assisting on this scenario.

Hi Albert.
"In order to further assist you, just to make sure, the computer that now has the problem of not working properly in the 5 GHz network, is that the same one shown in the SSU report that you provided previously, or is it a different computer?"
It is the same computer (the one in SSU report I have provided previously).
However, I believe, the issue is solved - the computer/connection works in 2.4 GHz network, while it (from pretty unknown reasons :-)) does not work in 5 GHz network...
With best regards,
Karlloss
