Hello,
I just upgraded my Intell Killer1550i wifi adaptor with Intel BE200 and unfortunately, it can not be detected by my laptop Gygabite Aero 15x9. Strangely the Bluetooth is working fine, but the wifi is not showing at all. I've tried resetting the BIOS and installing all the latest drivers with no luck. I was wondering if Killer Intelligence Center can somehow interfere or affect all that. If anyone has any ideas, please share your thoughts.
Thanks

I have no solution for you, but can tell you that there are other people with the same complaint and the exact same symptoms. The Bluetooth portion of the card is accessed via USB, so that's why it can be seen while the Wireless portion cannot. As for Wireless, I have seen two theories proposed:
- The M.2 socket - which is designed for CNVio cards - is preventing the BE200 - which is a non-CNVio card - from working.
- The laptop's BIOS is disabling the card either because it is non-CNVio or simply because it is not in their list of supported cards.
