Hi everyone,
after installing Windows 11(upgrade from Windows 10) I have some repeating trouble using wifi. At a certain point my driver is not working anymore. I tried searching for new drivers using windows, downloading the newest driver from february and installing it manually.
Only thing which helps is uninstalling the driver, installing it manually or let windows do it. But after some days the problem appears again. Before updating it was working fine on Windows 10....

- Is the wireless component pre-installed, or did you install a network card as an upgrade?
- Are you using a desktop PC or a laptop?
- Did you manually install the driver (version 23.110) from our Download Center? If so, have you attempted a clean installation?
Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could share your system configuration. You can do this by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*. Once downloaded, please follow these steps:
- Launch SSU.exe and check the box for "Everything."
- Click "Scan."
- After the scan, click "Next" and then "Save."
- Attach the SSU log file in your reply.

Thanks for the fast reply!
1) The network card was pre installed. And it was working for over 3 Years.
2) Laptop
3) Over a long time Windows managed the driver, I just installed updates. When it stoped working I started to search manually on your Download center for new drivers. I tried all newer ones which were newer then the one from Windows itself.
Yes I did the clean installation which includes properly removing the old one etc.
The strange thing is that the driver will work a few days and then it stops working and i have to reinstall everything.....
I downloaded your support utility, do you need the output log right now or when the driver suddenly stops working?

Hello Mike_824,
Intel provides generic versions of software and drivers.
- Your computer manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes.
- If you have an OEM device, contact Computer Manufacturer Support Websites for best driver compatibility with your system.
I highly recommend proceeding with a Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers using the latest OEM driver, version 23.80.0.7. This may be an older version versus the currently installed driver from our Download Center, but this is the latest (OEM) driver for your Lenovo system.

After deliberate checking on this, the issue is no longer with corrupted drivers. Since the issue may involve the operating system, it is best to reach out to your OEM for further troubleshooting
