I've been using this computer for well over 8 years and it had a small problem every now and again to where the internet wouldn't show up amongst the bluetooth, airplane mode, etc. It came back then but now it isn't coming back. When I run a diagnostic, it shows the my Intel(R) Wireless -AC 9560 isn't working. I tried 8 things and nothing worked. I tried uninstalling it and restarted and it didn't work. I updated all 5 versions of it, 4 of them being Intell and 1 of them being Microsoft. I did many things in settings and nothing worked. When I even go to the get help section, it will only show ethernet and not wireless. Please help.
