Wireless-AC 9560 stops working unless laptop battery is removed

Hi

The issue with AC 9560 keeps coming and every time Wifi is turned on my laptop connection is lost in 3 minutes. Before it's lost, a small chunk of audio plays repeatedly.

Tried many things, but there's only 1 that works: Laptop Battery has to be removed, and some seconds must pass before Battery can be inserted again.

Laptop has built-in battery so to remove it, laptop is to be disassembled.

Any thing can bring Wifi connection back without tedious built-in battery removal?

Based on the information that you provided and in order to better understand your issue please provide the following information: 

• Please provide an Intel® System Support Utility report in .txt format. (make sure to select all the options before the scan) https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-

• Provide screenshots of the device manager at the Network Adapters option and selecting the Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 properties, at the General tab.
