Wireless Dock Manager error code 0x1020

I have installed the Intel Wireless Dock Manager, and when it starts up I get an error code 0x1020 like in the picture bellow.

What does it mean error code 0x1020 and device state reason 4128 ?

It proves to be that the wireless antenna module was not properly connected. Reconnected the wireless antenna module and it now works.

N.B.: The wireless antenna module is an active element, is not a simple passive antenna.
