What is the value range of the signal and performance quality in Wireless Dock Manager > Help > About Intel Wireless Dock Manager > Advanced Diagnostics > Dock ?

The max I could observe is signal quality = 10, performance = 2. Are this the highest possible values ?

Hello Chris_DB,

This is a very interesting question. We just tested our Wireless dock and it showed the same values while our docking station was working perfectly: Signal quality = 10, Performance = 2. So we know that those values are fine under normal operation.

We will try to get more information about those numbers and will let you know once we have additional details.

Regards,

Hello Chris_DB,

We checked further on your inquiry and we confirmed that the values shown in your system are the maximums: Signal quality = 10 and Performance = 2. So your Wireless docking station is working with optimal conditions.

Here is some additional information about this:

- Signal quality range is 1-10. A value of 10 indicates the best signal quality.

- Performance quality range is 0-2.

0 = Insufficient Performance

1 = Improvable Performance

2 = Good Performance

Regards,
