Wirless 6 AX201 | Network card problem - This device cannot start (Code10)


Good evening to you, then I'm coming to you, because it's been more than 5 hours that my network card no longer detects any networks, I was working quietly, when I saw that I had no more connection. I uninstall the driver then reinstall, I deactivate and reactivate I install the drivers which is on the MSI / https://fr.msi.com/product/support_sku/44505#down-driver&Win10%2064 but always the same problem. Would someone have a solution please because the I don't know what to do anymore? Thank you for your help.

Config: GL75 Leopard 10SER, i7 10750H, WINDOWS 10 64bits.

We need more information. Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. Select all data categories, generate the report and then have the tool Save the report to a file. Don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work. Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.
