dell optiplex 3060 computer(with ac 9560) wireless connection abnormal and cause the computer to run slowly

1, when the failure occurs, the network drops the package, the computer operation slows down, moves the mouse, drags the window delay

2, after disconnect wifi the computer response speed recovery, but after linking wifi again the failure may occur. Unless you restart your computer or even open the chassis to reinstall wiFi adapter .

3, Faults occur randomly on our dell optiplex 3060 computer, update 21.50 version is invalid

We use Cisco AP2802. 5G 80MHZ

You can see from the Cisco WLC that the failed client link speed is abnormal.

If you have the dell smartbyte app installed, uninstall it.

Hello fyang36,

Thank you for submitting your question on this Intel® Community.

Were you able to follow the recommendations provided by Al.Hill?

If you need further assistance, please provide us with the following information:

  • Did the Intel® Wireless Adapter come with the computer? Is this a wireless integration/upgrade?
  • When did this problem start happening?
  • Does it happen on different networks (Home, Work, etc.)

  • Please generate a system report with the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach it to this thread.

  1. Intel® SSU Download link
  2. Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
  3. Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  4. To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
