Several retailers stopped selling the Wireless-AC 7260 7260HMW 802.11AC Dual Band BT4.0 PCIe Half Mini Wifi Card. I am looking at getting another, is there a new version for Half Mini Wifi Card coming?

Intel will focus its efforts on current and future WiFi Products including: Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265, Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 and Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265. Unfortunately, these new adapters are available in M.2 form factor, at this time there are no plans for a newer adapter model in HMC form factor.This adapter is no longer available from Intel® and that is probably the reason why it may not be available from vendors.
