Hello jes_chu,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

I can see that internally there was a case created in which we provided some contact information for regulatory and testing for Intel® Wireless Adapters.

Additionally, I would like to let you know that to get further support and official documentation about the Intel® Diagnostics and Regulatory Testing Utility (Intel® DRTU) for any Intel® Wireless Adapter, you can review the following support channels:

  • Contact a Field Application Engineer (FAE): If your company has its own Intel® representative, you may want to inquire if they can assist you with this inquiry. Your company's Purchasing Department will normally have your Intel® representative's contact information. If you do not have a contact, you may want to speak with a Field Application Engineer from a local distributor to see whether they are able to help. A list of Intel® Authorized Distributors can be found here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/partner/where-to-buy/overview.html

Hello jes_chu,

I hope the previous information was useful to you.

As mentioned, to get further support about  regulatory and testing for Intel® Wireless Adapters, you can use the contact information that was given internally.

You can also check with the Intel® Resource & Design Center for further support for the Intel® DRTU: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/design/resource-design-center.html

Additionally, you can contact a Field Application Engineer from a local distributor to see whether they are able to help. A list of Intel® Authorized Distributors can be found here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/partner/where-to-buy/overview.html

We will proceed to close this inquiry, if you need further assistance; please submit a new thread as this one will no longer be monitored.

Regards,
