Hello, there is a problem with the network adapter.
I stopped working properly about a month ago, all the time I tried to fix it somehow, but all to no avail.
The drivers were updated several times, the Windows system was also updated to the latest version, but this did not give much, because even if some method of fixing helped, it helped for a maximum of 4 hours.

hi
- What is the drivers version installed?
23.100.0.4 - Did you see any error message in the network adapter?
yes, yellow triangle with an exclamation mark, the first reinstallation is accompanied by the code 43, and the subsets are accompanied by the code 10 - What is the exact issue you're facing with the wireless connection?
The absence of the WIFI label (subsequently the absence of the network), as well as the errors mentioned above - What were the recent changes made?
None taking into account the installation of the driver from the official Intel website - Besides updating drivers several times, have you done other troubleshooting steps?
Restarting the laptop from the power button, rebooting after removing the driver from the device, it seems to be all if I haven't forgotten anything

Hello mmmorise,
Thank you for providing the screenshots for us to visualize your concern. First, may I know if the AX201 is pre-installed in your device, or did you upgrade your Wi-Fi card? Also, there's no need to worry about the AX201 and AX200 since the drivers for both are compatible with each other.
But we encourage you to download and install the OEM driver; also, before doing that, kindly let me know if AX201 is pre-installed or upgraded.
I look forward to your response!
Best regards,
John Sergio M.

Hello, I'm testing your recommendations for fixing the problem, I'll let you know soon how it went.
As for the AX201 version, this is the original version that was when I bought the laptop

hello, I downloaded what you suggested and I have a question, did I really do everything right? Because there are no external changes, it seems that this is how it should be?

Hello mmmorise,
The driver version is correct, that is the intended driver of your laptop. Can you clarify if the issue persists after installing the driver from your laptop manufacturer?

By the way, when examining Windows events, I saw a periodic error “6062-Lso was triggered” a minute/second before the network adapter was turned off, I didn’t read much, but I saw that the error was related to the BIOS update, what do you say about this?

Hello again, unfortunately the problem persisted, although this time the test took longer than usual, in the list of events Windows writes 4 at once
Mistakes 2 of which are:
Failure due to an internal error
And I attached another screenshot below.
For quite a long time I have had the idea in my head that this is not a systemic problem, but a technical one, what do you think about this?

hello JohnM_Intel
Sorry for making you wait for an answer, here are the answers to the questions
1. After updating, is there any error code in the device manager?
Unfortunately, yes error 43/10, they happen after about an hour of active use of the laptop
2. Can you provide a screenshot of the device manager and the network adapter?
I have been testing the laptop for 3 hours and so far there is no error, I suspect that not everything has been fixed, so please do not close the dialog, as soon as the error pops up, I will immediately send you a screenshot
3. Did you reset the whole system?
I don't quite understand what you mean, but perhaps what I did, or rather this is resetting the system (which led me to the laptop settings on the number 01.23.2025), this is what you mean
4. Did you follow every step in the troubleshooting method?
Yes, I used every method, but it didn't help me

yes of course!
Press Win + S and write "Recovery", then click the second point (circled on the screenshot), and then you will need to wait from 20 to 60 minutes (possibly more)
I have everything in a different language, so if you have any questions, be sure to ask!
