new ax210 is crippled on Pop_OS

1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) for one of the laptops to gather more details about the system. see below   

2. Are these the original adapters that came pre-installed on your computers or did you change/install the adapters to these ones? original was a 9260. just put in ax210 today   

3. Did all the laptops work with the old driver? Lenovo Yoga c930 had a 9260 that worked fine with g,n,ac. I installed an ax210 today. It can see 2.4 and 5ghz, but can't connect to 5ghz and is crippled on the 2.4ghz. I have not setup my 6hgz router yet.

I understand that you are having issues with this integration and that you have tried several troubleshooting steps. In this case, it is worth mentioning that when integration is made, it is important to check for compatibility with the motherboard manufacturer as there could be certain cards that will not work with the system. In this case, the recommendation is to check with them for assistance with the integration.

As each country may have different regulatory requirements, before you install/change the Intel® Wireless Adapter in a system, you must contact the system manufacturer to determine if the Intel® Wireless Adapters you plan to install are approved for use in your system and country. You are required to follow the manufacturer's post-approval requirements.
