porque no puedo pasar archivos con bluetooth de mi smartphone a mi laptop con win 8.1

LO que pasa es que cuando mando archivos desde mi propia laptop haciendo click derecho me sale la opcion de bluetooth y lo envia correctamente a mi Smartphone y cuando hago lo contrario a pesar de estar ya previamente apareado con mi laptop no envia y me sale error de envio.
