Hello, @vpmarche
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
In order to gather some information first, Do you have a Desktop PC or a laptop?
Is the Intel® Killer™ Wi-Fi 6E AX1675 the pre-installed wi-fi card in your system or is it an integration (upgrade/ not the original card)?
Best regards,
Jocelyn M.

Hello, @vpmarche
Thank you for your reply.
In that case, please try the latest killer performance suite version and the latest Bluetooth driver for your adapter:
Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite
Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows® 10 and Windows 11*
If the issue persists, please specify the streaming and/or gaming issues you are having (FPS drop, dropped connection, etc.)
Best regards,

I have been experiencing the same problem while gaming. I will be running at around 35 to 40ms and then all of a sudden ping spikes to 300 to 400ms and then my game freezes for a couple seconds then everything recovers.
I think I have figured out why this is happening and it took a lot of investigating to figure it out.
Since the Intel Killer 1675x supports Wifi 6 there is a problem with this card working on Wifi 5 routers. Not sure what the actual issues is but I found out if you changed a settings it for me has corrected the issue.
I have determined that the issue having to do with 802.11ax Wireless Mode.
In Device Manager under Network Adapters > Killer(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX1675i... > right click on the adapter and select Properties > Advanced you will see the Wifi card defaults to 802.11ax under "802.11n/ac/ax Wireless Mode".
In the drop down menu I found if you change the value from 802.11ax to 802.11ac the problem I'm having goes away since from what I understand 802.11ax is supported in Wifi 6 routers and not Wifi 5 routers. I have also confirmed my Modem/Router from Xfinity is a Wifi 5 router.
I have an Acer Predator Helio 18" laptop and have really noticed the issue while playing World of Warships since there's is constant movement and syncing.
In either case I'm sure if you have a Wifi 6 router you most likely won't experience this issue but I'm not able to confirm that.
Hope this helps with your issue if you're experiencing the same problems.
