wireless module for Win 11

Hi,
I have a new ASUS MB (ProArt B-760 Creator D4), that requires an add-on WiFi module.
It allows an M.2 Wi-Fi module (E-key, type 2230).

I found the Intel Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+) Desktop Kit, AX200, 2230, 2x2 AX+BT, vPro on Amazon

However, this is what it says in the description:

  • Compatibility: Only for use on Intel Windows 10 64-bit machines, that are not currently on a BiOS lock, and do not contain an Intel 9560 CNVI part.

I'm installing Win 11. Does this mean it just won't work on Win 11?

If not do you have a newer product / upgrade that is compatible with Win11?

Thank you!

I have no idea where that comment came from. I use AX200 cards on Windows 11 machines without issue. Perhaps the comment precedes the Windows 11 release (it does mention the 9560 card, which is a 2017 product)?

I actually recommend that you purchase a kit with the AX210 card instead. It's typically $10 more, but it also gives you support for WiFi 6e and the 6 GHz communication band. I don't see a full kit that includes a genuine Intel AX210 card, but I do see kits with 3rd-party cards that utilize Intel's AX210 module (and use the same drivers from Intel).

Hope this helps,
