We are a comercial compagny, and we need to know please, if we could install and use Intel MPI Labrary for Windows, without boughting a developer license.

Thanks for posting your concern in the forum. However, please know that the installation & use of the Intel® MPI Library depends on the End User License Agreements (EULA). Therefore we would recommend you visit the below link to find the EULA.

As much as we want to assist you with it, please know, we do not provide guidance on the End User License Agreement and how people use the product. You will have to consult with your own legal department regarding it.
