Before buying the license for "Intel ABS999OCGE10X3Z Intel(R) oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit (Single-Node) - 2 Concurrent User", we were trying to understand how the license is consumed.
In simple terms, is the license consumed only during compiling our source code with the tool or does it consume(license required) during the execution(running) of the executable(our end product) for example running say "abc.exe" file.
Your help is appreciated.

sure there is no license manager as part of our concurrent user offerings or license checking, simply procure the proper entitlement for your use case to ensure no issues if/when a support ticket is filed.
