During the execution of the application 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe' with arguments '-NoLogo -NoProfile -NonInteractive -ExecutionPolicy AllSigned -File C:\IntelSWTools/system_debugger/2414-nda/scripts/install_dflaunch.ps1' errors were received:
