Request Intel System Bring-up Toolkit

Hi,

I am a master student from Saarland University and am currently doing a research project where I want to use Intel DCI and OpenIPC for debugging and tracing UEFI program purpose.  I found that should be included in Intel System Bring-up Tookit. However,  this toolkit is only valid for NDA customers and unfortunately my university is not helpful. May I ask how can I apply for the NDA personally?
