Licence for Intel Quartus Prime Standard Edition

We have been using the Intel Quartus Prime Standard edition with the server licence

The PORT is 1901

So, it is

However, I am not sure whether the licence is currently active or has it been expired? We have been unable to use it for the last few days. It gives us a message saying that can't contact the licence server. Would like to know the possible solutions, on how to renew the existing licence if possible, or to get a new licence. Thanks
