OneAPI does not appear in my profile and not able to install.

This link doesn't include FORTRAN compiler.

Arnold, Intel® Fortran Compiler is now a part of Intel® oneAPI HPC Toolkit. Please visit the link we had shared earlier and you should be able to download the Intel® oneAPI HPC Toolkit. However, before installing Intel® oneAPI HPC Toolkit, we suggest you to install Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit first for better functionality of the toolkit.
