OpenAPI does not initiaze properly

I have downloaded and installed basekit and HPCkit on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and added the following lines to the ./bashrc

source intel/openapi/setvars.sh

ulimit -s unlimited

However, OpenAPI did not initialize and no messege appeared on terminal. So I wrote 'source intel.......' on the terminal and then OpenAPI  was initialized. Unfortunately, when terminal opened at any directory other than home terminal shows : "bash: intel/oneapi/setvars.sh: No such file or directory"

I have attached the screenshot here. How to fix this issue?

I have also tried : 'source opt/inte;/openapi/setvars.sh' in bashrc and terminal but terminal says, '"bash: opt/intel/oneapi/setvars.sh: No such file or directory"

Hi Farhat, Could you please share the below details with us?

  • Exact version of Intel® oneAPI Base toolkit.
  • Has the product been installed successfully?
  • Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.
  • Is the installer an online, offline package, or an APT package?

To assist you further, we would require these details.

Hello,

Thanks for your response.
Yes both the basekit and HPCkit have been installed successfully. I installed the latest version with an offline installer. No other version of intel is installed on my pc.
