Hi
Looking for information on Product support lifecycle for Intel Software tools and seen this old post from 2007, https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Fortran-Compiler/Product-support-lifecycle-for-Intel-Software-tools/m-p/842128 is it still the case that software doesn't go end of life per se, where the current version and the previous versions are mainly supported but will have support questions answered for older versions of software?
I'm looking to see if any of the versions of software below went end of life.
Intel Inspector 2017 |
Intel Inspector 2017 |
Intel Inspector 22.3.9544 |
Intel Inspector XE 2015 |
Intel Math Kernel Library (MKL) 2020 |
Intel Math Kernel Library (MKL) 2023.1 |
Intel VTune Amplifier XE 2020 |
Intel VTune Profiler 2020.0 |
Intel VTune Profiler 2022.4 |
Thanks
Stephen

Hi Stephen, the products you mentioned are older and unsupported. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period. We understand that this might be challenging, but it's important to note that the users with active priority support can only access older product versions.
For more information refer to the link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/release-notes/oneapi-supported-product-versions.htm, and scroll down to the Unsupported Product Version.
Intel® oneAPI users with active Intel Priority Support can access older versions via a secure portal you gain access to as part of your support subscription.
