Transferring FORTRAN Composer XE 2020 Windows license to a new computer

Can you tell me please, if I can transfer my license for FORTRAN Composer XE 2020 to a new computer, and if so, where I can find instructions on how to do it?  Original computer needs to be replaced.  Thanks.
