Unable to install intel MKL2024.0.0.49672

Hi I was trying to install intel MKL today and kept running erros like below:

Hi Hong, Could you please share the below details with us?

Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with it's build version.
OS build on which you are installing the product.
Exact version of Intel® oneAPI Base toolkit or Intel® oneAPI Math Kernel Library (oneMKL) (in case you're using Stand-Alone Version).
Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.
Is the installer an online or an offline package?
Installation Log files.
- The default path for a log file for a oneAPI installation is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\logs

To assist you further, we would require these details.

I tried the VS 2019 community and VS 2022 community. It failed for both. My OS build is 22621.3296. I tried the offline installer of MKL (w_onemkl_p_2024.0.0.49672_offline) and the log file is attached.

In fact, I need a MKL that is compatible with VS 2019 for compiling an open source software for my research (https://oss.deltares.nl/web/delft3d/get-started ).

They include:

Intel Fortran compiler, version 2023: w_fortran-compiler_p_2023.2.1.7_offline.exe

Intel MPI: w_mpi_oneapi_p_2021.10.0.49373_offline.exe

Intel MKL: <br/> w_onemkl_p_2023.2.0.49500_offline.exe

Specifically, the MKL has to be integrated with Visual Studio 2019.

Intel ifort runtime: <br/>w_ifort_runtime_p_2023.2.1.19.exe

I am trying to build this software on a Windows 11 Education system

(Edition Windows 11 Education Version 22H2

Installed on 2022

OS build 22621.3296

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22687.1000.0)

Is it still possible to get access to those versions of the above components?

Hi Hong, please note that older versions of Intel® oneAPI Toolkits are not available publicly, only the Intel® oneAPI Toolkits and the latest products are available for download and installation.

Intel® has decided that Intel Compilers Versions: 2024.0.1 and earlier and Intel Libraries, Analysis, and AI Tools Versions: 2024.0.0 and earlier are not supported anymore. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period. We understand that this might be challenging, but it's important to note that the users with active priority support can only access older product versions.
