Unable to install offline

Hi, 

I've downloaded intel-fortran-compiler-2025.0.0.712_offline.exe and transferred it to a machine which is not connected to the internet.  However this doesn't complete with the following error message:

Has anyone managed to get this to install correctly ?

• Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with it's build version.
• Operating System along with its build version on which you are installing the product.
• Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.

To assist you further, we would require these details.

Thank you for your response, I've attempted the install on multiple computers as follows:

Computer A: (Never Connected to Internet) 

Windows 10 Build 19043

VS Professional 17.10.0

No other versions of Parallel Studio or oneAPI

Failed with above error message

Computer B: (Never Connected to Internet) 

Windows 10 Build 19045

VS Professional 17.8.5

No other versions of Parallel Studio or oneAPI

Failed with above error message

Computer C:

Windows 10 Build 19045

VS Professional 17.11.4

1. First installed the offline installer whilst connected to the internet - Successful
2. Then uninstalled Fortran Compiler
3. Disconnected from the internet
4. Installed from the same offline installer - Successful

Hi Thomas, kindly follow the below troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

• Uninstall every Visual Studio version and install Visual Studio 2022 17.9.2  or 2019 16.11.34.
• Please note, that our engineering team has tested and documented the compatible Visual Studio versions and their build numbers for integration with the suite & toolkit versions.
• Intel® Compilers Compatibility:
  • Link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/reference-implementation/intel-compilers-compatibility-with-microsoft-visual-studio-and-xcode.html
• Make sure you select the Desktop Development with C++ while installing the Visual Studio.  
• Now, install the latest Intel® oneAPI Toolkit 2025 in your system. 

Do let us know, if the issue still persists and share the log file along with the screenshot of the error message.

Thank you for your reply.

I've followed your suggested steps uninstalling all visual studios and then installing only 2022 17.9.2 however the issue is still the same please see below and attached logs.
