Hi Cean, we would like to inform you that Visual Studio 17.7.2 has not been tested and validated with Intel® oneAPI base toolkit 2023.2.0 from our engineering team. It may or may not work with Intel® oneAPI base toolkit 2023.2.
Kindly refer to the link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/reference-implementation/intel-compilers-compatibility-with-microsoft-visual-studio-and-xcode.html, and find the compatible Visual Studio version for Intel® oneAPI base toolkit 2023.2.0

That's very sad. Because there is no way to install an old version of vs community. So have to wait intel fortran to catch up. No fortran programing for now.
