I installed oneAPI 2023.1.0.47256 and oneAPI 2023.1.0.46357 (both offline), integrating into MS Visual Studio 2022 (64-bit) - LTSC 17.2 (version 17.2.0). My system is Windows 11. I do not have the windows performance package installed. No other versions of visual studio or oneAPI are installed (but they were previously).

After I installed Visual Studio, and before I installed oneAPI, I rebooted my computer and started Visual Studio once.

When I start Visual Studio, this message is shown; the file listed is attached.
