oneAPI 2024 does not match intel_extension_for_pytorch requirements. where is 2023.2?

oneAPI 2024 does not match intel_extension_for_pytorch requirements. where is 2023.2?

 

I am trying running intel_extension_for_pytorch on Windows 11. When I follow the instructions of installation on windows document. I happen to the issue of loading "intel-ext-pt-gpu.dll", it seems that intel-ext-pt-gpu.dll needs other .dll which doesn't contain in new version of oneAPI such as mkl_sycl.3.dll...

But I cannot find the 2023.2 version of oneAPI to try. 

Can you please provide the download link for older version oneAPI2023.2.0 for Windows 11?
