Please let me know how to resolve the installation problem ..

Hi Jungwoong, could you please share the below details with us?

 

  • Operating system and its build version.
  • Exact version and update number of Intel® oneAPI Toolkit.
  • Other versions of Intel® oneAPI are already installed on the system.
  • Version of Microsoft Visual Studio installed along with its build version 
  • Is the installer an online or an offline package? 
  • Screenshots of the error screen.
  • Complete Log files:
    • The default path for a log file for a oneAPI installation is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\logs
