question for update

hello when i try to update my windows 10 keeps asking for the folowing updates


1.INTEL - System - 7/18/1968 12:00:00 AM - 10.1.16.6
2.Intel - Extension - 1/21/2019 12:00:00 AM - 1904.12.0.1208
3.INTEL - System - 7/18/1968 12:00:00 AM - 10.1.7.3
4.Intel - System - 2031.15.0.1743
5.Intel Corporation - Extension - 27.20.100.8935

 

but when i say yes in windows update to download them nothing happens i keep to get error 0x80070002

what can i do?

hello i have tried all this you mention in the link but no luck i have stable connection not wifi i have rename software dis and the problem is there

@dimosx   Before we go any further, you have told us nothing about your system.  

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).
