Amplifier hangs when any analysis is started (Linux)

Hi,

whenever I start an analysis in VTune, the GUI hangs and I have to kill it. On the other hand I can copy the command line and run it from a Terminal without problem. Opening the result via the GUI is also no problem.

Any ideas what's wrong?

PS: Product version is build 186533 (Parallel Studio SP1 Installer, downloaded today - my previous install always hung at resolving libc)

I heardsimilar problem from others.

If you have no problem to run command line, and open result.

As I noted in the article, I was able to make it work by deleting only the ~/intel/amplxe/settings/settings/standalone_gui/propertyPageData.cfg file.
