Call graph for a Windows Service made with .NET 2.0

I would like to do a call graph analysis on a Windows NT service. In VTune there is no Windows Service selection on the application type dialog.The real running service executes under svchost from Windows\system32 (although in debug mode in Visual Studio 2005 it runs under vshost.exe). Is there a separate procedure to instrument the modules of interest ineither service process? As the process runs there will be other Dlls to be analyzed loaded into the process.
