Enabling PMU in the BSP for using VTune RDC on Windows CE 5.0

We would like to run VTune 8.0 on a custom development board running Windows CE 5.0
The last problem that prevents us from using VTune is that the infamous "pmudll.dll" is not present on the target platform (Xscale PXA270).

We can build our own image using Platform Builder, but we cannot enable the PMU component, as we have no/limited access to the Intel Boot Support Package.

Any advice on how to proceed or where to obtain a suittable BSP would be appreciated.
