Hello,

I have vtune RDC 9.0 build 1478 on linux debian 4.0 x86_64. vtune gui runs on winxp 9.0 build 719. when I'm trying to configure sampling activity (on a remote host) it returnsthe following error message

Failed to create Collector:

Could not get NUM_PHYSICAL_CPUS value from environment XML file.

any idea?

Please download the latest version of VTune and the associated RDC. Please use the RDC from the same release as the VTune Windows Controlling machine. If you can still reproduce the issue, please post a note here.
