Test app crashes always at call graph data collection

Hi, all

I am using Vtune 9.1, build 210 on Windows Server 2008 (6002) x64. and the HWis Xeon X5570 * 2, 24 GB memory, Intel server board S5520HC.

when I want to collect data for call graph on my test app, there is always one MS crash error dlg, whichcrashes at RTEnvSupport.dll, and the error is 0xC0000005. it seems one memory issue.

Vtune works well for other data collections, like sampling results.

can any one help me? I desire this to make decision on the system.

meanwhile, vtune says that there is no such data for the cpu, so it cannot show any useful info in tune assistant. is there any update?

I will try to switch to Server 2003 and XP. but theyare nearly a decade ago.

BTW, will there be any update for the CPU configuration file (I guess it is pmp.xml) for X5570? or where can I download the update?

All pm?.xml files are under VTune\Analyzer\bin,after youinstalled the product.

Latest product is v9.1, U9 (build #385).
