VTune 8.0.1 Beta: buffer overrun

When I am trying to run the new VTuneBeta on a Core Duo (MacBook Pro) with VS2005.

The program normally works correctly. I have Buffer Overflow detection selected in the Debug build and nothing shows.

When I run a quick performace test in Release mode, with no Buffer Overflow detection set, I get the following, exception during the second run,before the program really gets going:

A buffer overrun has occurred in perftest.exe which has corrupted the program's internal state. Press Break to debug the program or Continue to terminate the program.

Is there some incompatibility between VTune and VC++ 2005 (unmanaged)?
