Friendly greetings !
- I'm on a brand new asus zenbook evo i5 (certified intel evo).
- windows 11 pro
- installed oneapi base toolkit
- profiling DPC++ application
when doing hardware sample instrumentation, running vtune as an administrator, vtune freeze the system after an underminated time (usually within 10s). if i wait for a while, the watchdog kicks in, bsod, reboot the system.
intel advisor works fine.
i haven't crashed with user sampling yet. (i didn't use it a lot though).
everything is up to date, as far as i know (perhaps even too up to date?).
I'll give a try to uninstall/reinstall vtune.
i didn't speficially install an intel iris driver, or any driver, should i ? (how?)
i didn't have any system crash beside vtune so the hardware is probably fine.
advice/suggestion welcome.
thank you.

so i reinstalled driver and vtune, it didn't fix the bsod everytime i do hardware sampling.
I even disabled tons of crap (AI noise reducer, oled enhancement, ...)
