Where is the option to purchase a floating license for vtune?

I see many mentions of there being floating licenses for vtune yet have been unable to find out where to buy it. :-)

You need to contact your reseller to discuss this option. Resellers are listed at http://www.intel.com/software/products/reseller.htm.
