parallel_studio_xe_2018_cluster_edition_online_setup not working

Hi.

I tried several times without success to install parallel_studio_xe_2018_cluster_edition_online_setup on my DELL Inspiron 14 5000 on Windows 8.1. It's always reboot about half-way with the error message kmode exception not handled (vtss.sys). I removed  vtss.sys but the problem remains.

Any way out?
