EII 2.3.4 Failed to create Azure Turtle Creek application from template

Hello,

I was under the impression that the error when creating an Azure Turtle Creek app from the template observed in EII 2.3.0 has been fixed in EII 2.3.4.

However, I am still observing the error: 

Currently, we need to use EII 2.3.4 as we still need to update our algos for OpenVINO 2021 that is include in EII 2.4.

Azure has updated the Azure IOT central template and Manageability component has been updated to align with this new changes from Azure and integrated into EIIv2.4 for PV release. Therefore, creating the new Azure IOT central will require EIIv2.4 to work with the new Azure IOT central template. Hope this is clarified, thanks!
