I'm designing a board with I210-IT controller.

As per the datasheet the ordering part number is WGI210IT. The mentioned suffixes are related to shipping media. The SLJXS suffix is related to Tape and SLJXT is associated to Tray shipping media respectively. Due to this fact, these suffixes are unrelated to functionality of the devices.
