Need to program empty SPI of XL710, but getting "Access Error" message

Trying to program XL710 (Error log in red

I believe we purchase components, ICs, etc. from Mouser Electronics.  We are designing our own board. Thanks in advance.

Huh...they are parts supplier. I am looking for tools to program the SPI since we are designing the board. I've seen many developers on this forum that encounters the challenges I am facing but they are left unanswered. Can you please review the question? Thank you in advance.
