eepromaccesstool for I210 on arm64 Orin NX platform

Hi Intel,

I'm using the eepromaccesstool (v0.8.0) to flash mac address on arm64 Orin NX platform.

I can get the i210 device. But when I dump and flash, I got following error.

Enable Serial Flash Bit Interface timed out.

eepromaccesstool-0.8.0$ sudo ./EepromAccessTool
