Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
As I understand, usually the amount of memory that can be used by the integrated graphics is related to half of the maximum memory available in the system, checking in Intel Ark, the max memory size supported for the x7433RE is 32 GB, so, we can assume that the maximum memory for the graphics will be around 16 GB.
By the way, if you would like to check what is the maximum VRAM allocated in your actual system using Windows, one fast way can be to run the dxdiag command in the Command Prompt and check the Display tab.
