reboot Intel Atom x5-E3940 Processor 1.60GHz board, the board reboot

Hi there .
I am running testing the board for 20days or so  ,  the board reboot .
the cpu is Intel Atom x5-E3940 Processor 1.60GHz board. The os is 5.2.60-rt15-yocto-preempt-rt. The software have GUI,24 FIOFO thread running, threads always communicate with message que . 
I get some logs , top -H -d 0.1 (see attached picture)

before reboot the 1core is 0% .

/ and after  reboot,  BERT is log in kern.log .

Do you have any idea what is causing this problem? 

Please give me advice if you like.

Just to mention, Apollo Lake family is no longer actively supported.

I tried looking into your issue but didn't find something that may be of help. I'm sharing the link to the Apollo Lake documentation, maybe you can find something useful from there.

Also, being Yocto, you can try setting a new image again with the latest updates, could be worth to try.
